  1. Slice the potatoes thicker than chips, boil it in water and salt for 5 minutes and strain it from the water.
  2. On medium heat, sauté minced onion in oil.
  3. Add minced meat and season it with salt & black pepper.
  4. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, peas, water, then cover the pot and let it cook.
  5. In a pot, mix cold milk with béchamel mix, then turn on low heat.
  6. Keep on stirring till the béchamel sauce is thick.
  7. In an oven tray, add layer of potatoes, layer of minced meat, layer of béchamel and cover it with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake it in the oven on 200 degrees Celsius (and turn the broiler on).
