  1. Flatten 2 toasts by a rolling pin and cut them into circle shape so they could stick together. (Watch video for technique).
  2. Dip the toast in egg then bread crumbs and fry it in medium heat oil.
  3. Cut it into half and stuff it with your desired cold cuts (Smoked Turkey or Roasted Beef Tre Bianco).
  4. You may also add tomatoes , lettuce , mayonnaise and cheddar.
  5. Put a cherry tomato in a toothpick and pin it on the top of the mini sandwich.
