Mini Potatoes Stuffed with Beef

Instructions
Peel & hollow the potatoes.
Soak the potatoes in a bowl filled with water with some vinegar and salt.
In a pan, add ghee then pan fry the minced beef.
Add chopped onions then season with sugar, salt, pepper, paprika.
Add stock cube (optional).
Deep fry the potatoes (and the part removed when hollowed).
Stuff the potatoes with minced beef.
Remove a thin layer of the bottom of the potatoes then layer them in a pan greased with tomato paste.
Add some tomato sauce over the stuffed potatoes.
Bake in the oven for around 1 hour and enjoy.
