In a bowl, add the minced beef.

Add pepper molasses, salt, pepper and beef spices.

Add grated onion, parsley and mix them well.

Add grated tomato and mix well.

Add a hawashi layer in the bread covering the bottom.

Put a parchment paper on the electric grill and place the hawawshi buns over it.

Grease the bread surface with the melted ghee.

Put another parchment paper on the top of the hawawshi and close the electric grill.

Leave it for 10-12 minutes till fully cooked.
