  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast and white sugar.
  2. Leave it to brew for 10 minutes covered.
  3. Add an egg, vanilla, soft butter and mix well.
  4. Add flour, a pinch of salt and knead the dough well.
  5. Leave it to brew for another half an hour covered.
  6. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
  7. Grease the dough with butter.
  8. In a bowl, mix cocoa, cinnamon, white sugar, Nescafe and spread this mixture on the dough.
  9. Cut the dough into wide strips and roll them attached to each other.
  10. Add the Cinnabon to a greased oven tray.
  11. Cover it and leave it to brew for half an hour.
  12. Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius in the middle shelf .
  13. Add whipping cream then bake it for another 10 minutes.
  14. Create the topping by mixing in a bowl creamy cheese, soft butter and icing sugar.
  15. Add the topping to the Cinnabon.
