Instructions
In a small pan, add oil and pasta. Stir until pasta is golden.
In a blender, add tomatoes, onion, red chili pepper and water. Blend well.
In a pan, heat oil then saute garlic slices and red chili peppers.
Add chili powder and tomato paste, the blended tomato juice and stir well. Season with salt and pepper and add sugar.
Add the sauce to the pasta and cover until cooked. Add fresh parsley and enjoy.
