Prepare the Crêpe Batter
In a blender, combine the Milk, Eggs, Melted Butter, Pinch of Salt, Vanilla Extract, and the tiny drop of Orange Food Coloring (if using)
Add the All-Purpose Flour and blend until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Cook the Crêpes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with a thin layer of Oil.
Pour a suitable amount of batter into the pan, tilting the pan to spread it thinly and evenly.
It's crucial to keep the crêpe thin; if it's too thick, it may crack.
Cook for about a minute or two until the surface dries and the edges start to lift.
Gently flip the crêpe to the other side and cook for another minute until it has a nice golden color.
Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
Assemble the Mango Crêpes
Lay two crêpes side by side, slightly overlapping.
Spread a layer of your chosen Cream over them.
Arrange pieces of fresh Mango on top of the cream.
Fold the sides of the crêpes inwards, then gently roll them up to form a neat parcel. Serve immediately.
