Loaded Pasta Bake with Sausage and Cheese

Heat a pan and sauté the sausage slices until golden. Add the tomato sauce, cumin and coriander powder.

Add the pomegranate molasses and fried potato cubes. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Add a stoke cube and let the sauce thicken slightly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Add cheese until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked pasta to the béchamel sauce and mix until well-coated.

In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, followed by the sausage and potato filling.

Top with the remaining pasta and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake until it reaches a golden color.
