In a pan, cook the meat and season with salt, pepper, garlic, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.

Prepare the sauce by mixing skimmed milk, flour and mag. Then cook this mixture in a pan.

Roll beef mixture in lasagna sheets.

Cover with sauce.

Add parmesan cheese.

Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
