In a pan, boil black lentils. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.

Chop the parsley and the bell peppers into small cubes and add them to the serving bowl.

Let the boiled lentil chill and add it to the serving bowl.

Add the pomegranate.
Dressing

Mix red onion with vinegar or apple cider vinegar, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and cumin.

Add the dressing to the salad.
