Golden crispy kunafa tossed in rich pistachio sauce, layered with fresh strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and crunchy toppings for a modern Middle Eastern dessert.

Instructions
Cut the kunafa into small pieces (preferably while frozen for easier cutting).
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of ghee.
Add the kunafa and toast over medium heat until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Prepare the pistachio sauce by combining pistachio butter, tahini, and sunflower oil in a pan.
Heat gently while stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and pourable.
In another pan, combine chocolate and sunflower oil.
Stir over low heat until the chocolate melts into a smooth sauce.
Pour the pistachio sauce over the toasted kunafa and mix well.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Top with fresh strawberries.
Add pieces of meringue.
Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
Finish with crushed pistachios.
