  1. Cut the konafa into small pieces and add to it sugar powder and ghee.
  2. Divide the konafa into 2 parts.
  3. The first part press it against the tray and add a layer of prepared cream , then add the other part of konafa as a third layer.
  4. Then put the tray in the oven on very high heat ( 180 degrees) for 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Take it out of the oven , add to it cold sherbet and crushed nuts on top.
