In a deep bowl, add ground beef, minced onions, parsley, paprika, cardamom, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.

Shape into meatballs.

In a deep bowl add the tahini, yogurt, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until combined.

In a pan over heat, add oil, and when the pan is hot enough add the meatballs.

Cook on all sides until fully cooked and browned.

Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same pan add butter and diced onions and saute until golden.

Add the tahini yogurt sauce and the cooked meatballs and let simmer over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
