  1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough and then deep fry it (like Lukmat al-Qadi) in oil until it swells and becomes golden in color (watch video for technique)
  2. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon then add the fried balls and cover well with the mixture, then serve
