Instructions

Put the rice in a bowl and add the cheese, herbs, eggs, cream, salt and pepper

Shape them into balls the size of a golf ball and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes

Dip the balls in flour, then eggs, then in panko

Deep fry in oil until it becomes a reddish-golden color

Put a little marinara sauce on a plate and place the arancini balls on top and decorate with herbs, grated parmesan and black pepper
