How to make Fluffy Rice

Wash the Rice: Rinse the rice 4 to 5 times to remove all the starch. This will prevent the rice from becoming sticky.
Add Water: Add water to the rice. No oil, no butter, just water!
Boil the Rice: Bring the water to a boil with the rice on medium heat. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes until you see the water start to evaporate.
Drain the water completely then return it back to the pot (off heat) cover the pot and let the steam cook the rice.
Check the Rice: Open the pot, and you’ll find perfectly fluffy rice with no sticky grains.
Serve: Fluff the rice with a fork and serve. Enjoy your perfectly cooked rice!
