Marinate the shrimp with salt, paprika, and cumin.

Add an egg and cornstarch to the shrimp and mix thoroughly until well-coated.

For extra crispiness, place the shrimp in a bag with cornstarch and shake until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

In a small pan, mix honey, hot sauce, and red chili flakes (if using). Heat for 1-2 minutes until combined.
