Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Cover and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix flour, onion powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead for about 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Coat the dough with olive oil, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise.
Preheat your oven to a high temperature .
Divide the dough into two portions and roll out each portion on a floured surface. Poke holes in the dough using a fork to prevent bubbling.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously, and top with pepperoni slices.
Drizzle olive oil around the edges and bake in the preheated oven.
