Homemade Chocolate Biscuits

  1. In a bowl, knead the butter and icing sugar for 5 minutes minimum.
  2. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla and blend them well with a manual hand blender for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the starch, baking powder and blend for one more minute.
  4. Add the flour gradually and knead well till the dough is soft.
  5. Cover it with plastic stretch and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll out a piece of the dough with a butter paper above it till medium thickness.
  7. Make small circles in the dough using a biscuit cutter or a cup.(Repeat till the dough quantity is done).
  8. In an oven tray, add butter paper and place on it the dough circles.
  9. Make holes in the dough circles with a wooden stick.
  10. Bake them in a preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius while following up till they get a golden color from the bottom.
  11. Turn on the grill till they get the lightly gold color.
  12. Let the biscuits chill.
  13. Add melted chocolate/Nutella/ jam/lotus butter on one biscuit and cover it by the other.(Repeat with the whole quantity).
