Instructions
-
Mix flour with yeast, sugar & milk. Cover and set aside to ferment.

After first round of fermenting, add flour, oil & salt.

Mix in the food processor until a soft dough is formed.

Cover the dough and set aside.

Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients together.

When fermented, cut the dough into 8 pieces.

Spread using a rolling pin.
-
Add the filling in the middle then close (watch video for technique).

Line an oven tray with parchment paper.

Add the pies to the pan and set aside to ferment again.

Prepare egg wash then brush it over the pies.

Bake in the oven and enjoy.
