In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin, thyme, paprika and minced garlic.
Marinate the sliced squids and the shrimps with the mixture.
Prepare the tahini by mixing tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, white vinegar and warm water.
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, paprika and cumin.
Cover the shrimps and squids with the flour mixture.
Fry the shrimps and squids in hot oil for 2 minutes.
