Instructions

  1. In a mortar, add garlic, salt, pepper, and mince with a pestle, then add parsley, coriander, and mince again, then add olive oil and mix.
  2. In a bowl, add tahini, seven spices, and olive oil and mix, then add water then add the minced parsley and coriander and mix.
  3. In a large pot, add water until it boils, then add salt, cumin, and the cauliflower.
  4. We will then drain the water and leave it to cool down.
  5. In another bowl, add flour, salt and pepper, smoked paprika, and seven spices, and mix.
  6. We will add cauliflower to the flour mix and fry it till golden.
  7. Serve it on a plate along with the sauce.
