Instructions

  1. Cut the brioche bread into thick slices or use 2 slices of milk toast with butter sticking them.
  2. In a bowl, mix egg, milk, vanilla, cream and condensed milk.
  3. Dip the toast in the mixture in the bowl.
  4. On low heat , cook the toast in a pan.
  5. Top it with caramel sauce or maple syrup.
