Slice onions

In a pan, add olive oil and the sliced onions

Add salt then lower the heat and soy sauce (optional)

Keep stirring until caramelised (this will take a while)

When caramelised, add water and vegetable stock

Marinade chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and olive oil

In a pan, cook chicken on both sides until colored

In a pyrex, add a layer of the onion, then chicken then another layer of onion and top it with mozzarella cheese
-
Put in the oven until cheese melts and enjoy
