French Onions Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice onions
  2. In a pan, add olive oil and the sliced onions
  3. Add salt then lower the heat and soy sauce (optional)
  4. Keep stirring until caramelised (this will take a while)
  5. When caramelised, add water and vegetable stock
  6. Marinade chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and olive oil
  7. In a pan, cook chicken on both sides until colored
  8. In a pyrex, add a layer of the onion, then chicken then another layer of onion and top it with mozzarella cheese
  9. Put in the oven until cheese melts and enjoy
