Instructions
- In a skillet on medium heat add olive oil along with onions and garlic.
- Mix and cook for 3 minutes then add tomato and tomato paste.
- Cook for a couple of minutes.
- Mix in the foul, water and spices and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Smash the foul with a masher for a chunky texture or a hand blender if you like it pureé.
- Add water if needed then transfer onto serving dish.
- . Top with olive oil, tahini, diced tomato, parsley, chili salsa, pomegranates & Enjoy♥️
