Foul with Salsa

Instructions

  1. In a skillet on medium heat add olive oil along with onions and garlic.
  2. Mix and cook for 3 minutes then add tomato and tomato paste.
  3. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Mix in the foul, water and spices and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Smash the foul with a masher for a chunky texture or a hand blender if you like it pureé.
  6. Add water if needed then transfer onto serving dish.
  7. . Top with olive oil, tahini, diced tomato, parsley, chili salsa, pomegranates & Enjoy♥️
