Instructions

First Step : Fillet

  1. Season the fillet with salt, pepper and olive oil .
  2. On a high heated pan , you may add butter (optional).
  3. Cook the fillet on both sides to get the desired color.

Second Step: Mushroom Sauce

  1. In the same pan , add olive oil and butter .
  2. Then, add the mushrooms , onion , garlic , thyme, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and the beef broth.
  3. Stir, and let them cook for average of 3 minutes till the sauce gets thicker .
  4. Add the cooking cream .
  5. Add the fillet.
