Season the fillet with salt, pepper and olive oil .

On a high heated pan , you may add butter (optional).

Cook the fillet on both sides to get the desired color.
Second Step: Mushroom Sauce

In the same pan , add olive oil and butter .

Then, add the mushrooms , onion , garlic , thyme, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and the beef broth.

Stir, and let them cook for average of 3 minutes till the sauce gets thicker .

Add the cooking cream .

Add the fillet.
