Ingredients

Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a pan over heat, roast the walnuts before adding the honey so they can be well caramelized. Add the honey and stir until the caramel smell appears. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate, leaving spaces so that the walnuts do not stick.
  2. Cut the strawberries, lettuce, and dried figs. Cut the carrots into long, thin slices.
  3. To make the dressing, in a separate bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, paprika, and honey and mix them well.
  4. The order in which the salad is placed in the serving dish is as follows: Add the lettuce, arugula, carrots, then the sweet corn, strawberries, and figs. Drizzle the sauce on the plate, finally add the walnuts and mix all the ingredients together.
