Egyptian Fatteh (فتة مصري)
Description
Egyptian Fatteh is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines layers of textures and tastes. It features crispy toasted bread at the base, fluffy rice in the middle, and succulent stewed meat on top. The magic touch comes from a garlicky tomato sauce and a creamy white sauce (optional), drizzled over the entire dish. Each bite offers a delightful contrast between the crispy bread, the tender rice, and the savory meat, all tied together by the tangy tomato sauce and the richness of the white sauce. It's a hearty and satisfying meal, perfect for a celebratory feast or a comforting family dinner.
