Instructions

  1. In baking a tray add sugar and butter to caramelize, until it turns golden brown.
  2. Stack the pineapple slices and peeled peaches over the caramelized sugar in the tray.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder.
  4. Add butter and oil and mix well.
  5. Add starch over the cherries.
  6. Add the dough mixture over berries and combine all together forming a smooth cake batter.
  7. Pour the cake mixture evenly over the caramelized sugar, pineapple slices, peaches, and cherries in the baking tray.
  8. Oven bake in a preheated on 180 C or 190 C.
  9. While the cake is still warm, add water, pineapple juice or compote water.
