  1. In a dough mixer, add all ingredients and mix well for 10 minutes.
  2. On a silicone mat or countertop, add some flour then knead the dough until it's not sticky.
  3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. Spread the dough and make sure it's thickness is 1.5 cm (measure with ruler)
  5. Cut parchment paper into square sheets. Prepare a bowl with flour.
  6. Dip the donut cutter in the flour then use it to shape the donut.
  7. Place the donuts on the parchment papers. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  8. Prepare the topping: Melt some raw white chocolate in a water bath (add oil). Melt some raw milk chocolate in microwave or water bath.
  9. Another decoration/ topping option is to prepare a bowl of powdered sugar and gradually add milk. Note: you can add food coloring to this mixture for extra colors.
  10. Deep fry the donuts in oil (at 170 degrees) for 30 seconds on each side.
  11. Let the donuts cool completely before decorating.
  12. Dip the donut in the chocolate or powdered sugar, add sprinkles or any other decorative item and enjoy.
