Instructions
In a cup, break an egg, add vanilla, milk and sugar and whisk well.
In an oven pan, add the chopped croissants then top it off with milk and egg mixture. Using a fork, press on the croissants to make sure it absorbs the milk.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes (in the middle rack) and turn on the grill.
