  1. Crunch the hazelnuts in the blender .(The more , the better ).
  2. Add to the blender the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, maple syrup or iced sugar, and coconut oil. Blend them all to prepare the Nutella.
  3. Stuff the croissant with the ice cream and add the prepared Nutella on top of it .
