Crispy Loaded Fries with Spicy Chicken

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the rayeb/buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade.

Make the Sauces: In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickle juice. Blend well until smooth and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: Dip the chicken in flour then in the prepared sauce then again in flour. Fry the marinated chicken breasts on medium heat. Once done, slice the chicken into strips or cubes.

Air fry your fries.

In a bowl, mix the fries with sliced onions and fresh parsley and season with potato seasoning.

Brush the fried chicken with oil seasoned with chili powder and paprika.

Drizzle the fries with the homemade sauce, then top with the sliced chicken.

Prepare cheese sauce.

In the serving dish, layer the fries then the sliced chicken and drizzle the cheese sauce on top.
