Instructions
- Boil the drumsticks
- Remove the meat from the drumsticks until fully clean.
- Mince the chicken.
- Add the chicken to boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
- Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Add the mixture to the drumsticks (watch video for technique).
- Dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Leave in the fridge for 30 - 60 minutes before frying.
- Deep fry on medium heat until crispy.
