Instructions
Cut your broccoli into small pieces and steam in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Season the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs each with 1 tsp of each seasoning.
In a zip lock, add your flour and broccoli and shake well.
Dip the broccoli in the eggs, then coat well with the breadcrumbs.
Lightly spray/brush some oil and air fry for 10 minutes on 180 Celsius.
Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
