In a pan add sweet potato, sugar and water then lower the stove and leave it till fully cooked
In another pan prepare the béchamel sauce with cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, and milk.
Layer the mashed potatoes with béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
Top with a butter and honey mixture.
Bake at 190°C until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
