Creamy Sausage & Mushroom Pasta

In a hot pan, add oil and the sausages (if your sausage is fatty don’t use oil)

Remove sausage from the pan and add oil

Add minced onion, then sliced mushrooms, thyme, minced garlic and stir

Add sausages back to the pan then add butter

Add mozzarella cheese and black pepper

Add the cooked pasta and mix everything together
