Marinade Chicken (Optional step) with garlic & onion powder, paprika, olive oil, salt & pepper

In a pan, cook the chicken on both sides until slightly colored

Take chicken out of the pan, add the sliced mushrooms & olive oil - Add salt & pepper

Remove the mushrooms

Add butter & flour, mix until fully blended

Add water & stock cube (optional) and keep whisking
