Instructions

  1. Marinade Chicken (Optional step) with garlic & onion powder, paprika, olive oil, salt & pepper
  2. In a pan, cook the chicken on both sides until slightly colored
  3. Take chicken out of the pan, add the sliced mushrooms & olive oil - Add salt & pepper
  4. Remove the mushrooms
  5. Add butter & flour, mix until fully blended
  6. Add water & stock cube (optional) and keep whisking
  7. Add lemon & cooking cream
  8. Add chicken & mushrooms back to the pan and leave until chicken in fully cooked
  9. Sprinkle parsley on top & enjoy
