Creamy Chicken Pasta Bake with Vegetables

Instructions
Cut the chicken into thin slices then marinate with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & smoked Paprika.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and sauté until they start to release their juices.
Add sliced bell peppers and mushrooms. Sauté everything until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Add tomato sauce to the mixture and stir well to coat.
Pour in the cooking cream and stir to combine with the chicken and vegetables. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Optionally, add grated mozzarella cheese for extra creaminess. Mix thoroughly.
Add boiled pasta to the creamy chicken and vegetable sauce. Mix well until the pasta is evenly coated.
Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish.
Cover the top with a generous layer of béchamel sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
