In a blender, add eggs, sugar, vanilla, corn oil, yogurt and fresh orange juice.

In a bowl, mix yellow corn flour, white flour, baking powder and the blended mixture.

Pour the mixture in an oven tray and bake it for 35 minutes on 170 degrees Celsius.

Let it chill and cut it into cubes.
