Cordon Bleu Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Make the bechamel: In a pan, melt butter & mix it with the flour then gradually add the milk and season with salt & pepper
  3. In a pyrex, mix the cooked pasta with the bechamel sauce
  4. Add cheese on top (I used emmental, you can use cheddar or burger cheese)
  5. Cut turkey slices into cubes then add to the pyrex
  6. Cook the chicken pane - fry, air fry or put in to the oven (I used Three Chefs Pane) - Then cut it into cubes and add to the pyrex
  7. I added jalapeños because I like it spicy
  8. Top it off with mozzarella & shredded cheddar cheese
  9. Roast in the oven until cheese melts then grill until red
