Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts in two different ways. The first method involves making them thinner, while the second method uses medium-sized breasts and opens them accordingly. (watch video for both techniques)
  2. Season the chicken with poultry seasoning and distribute the spices well.
  3. Mix the butter with the thyme and apply it to the chicken to help in cooking and enhancing the flavor from within.
  4. Place slices of Emmental, cheddar, smoked turkey, beef bacon, and shredded mozzarella on the chicken and roll it up tightly. Press gently after rolling.
  5. Prepare breading in 3 separate bowls; eggs mixed with salt & pepper, breadcrumbs mixed with smoked paprika, onion powder & garlic powder and third bowl is cornstarch seasoned with salt & pepper.
  6. For the breading: In the first step, coat the chicken in cornstarch.
  7. In the second step, dip the chicken into beaten eggs, ensuring it's well-coated.
  8. In the third step, coat the chicken with Japanese breadcrumbs and press firmly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick.
  9. Fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown.
