  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, coffee, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 20 cm baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool, then trim the top layer to create a flat surface. Return the cake base to the pan.
  7. Prepare the tiramisu cream by whipping the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until thickened. Add mascarpone cheese and mix gently until smooth.
  8. Soak the ladyfinger biscuits in coffee and layer them over the chocolate cake base. Pour a small amount of evaporated milk over the biscuits.
  9. Pipe or spread the tiramisu cream evenly over the biscuit layer. Dust with cocoa powder.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
