  1. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  2. Spray a cup (mug) with non-stick spray and leave a quarter of the cup empty to allow space for the cake to rise
  3. Place in the microwave on the highest heat for 1 minute
  4. Flip into serving dish, decorate with cranberries or available fruits, sprinkle with cocoa, and add honey (optional)
