Instructions
- In a pot, on heat, mix milk and flour, then set it aside.
- In a mixture, add warm milk, egg, instant yeast, flour, vanilla, white sugar, raw cocoa, yellow butter and a pinch salt.
- Let the dough rest from an hour to hour and a half in a warm place.
- In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and raw cocoa for the stuffing.
- Roll out the dough, stuff it with the prepared stuffing, then roll it and cut it into Cinnabon pieces.
- Grease an oven tray with butter and place the Cinnabon pieces in it.
- Bake it for 30 minutes on 170 degrees Celsius. Let it rest before adding the sauce.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing Nutella, white sugar, vanilla and warm milk.
