Instructions

In a pot, on heat, mix milk and flour, then set it aside.

In a mixture, add warm milk, egg, instant yeast, flour, vanilla, white sugar, raw cocoa, yellow butter and a pinch salt.

Let the dough rest from an hour to hour and a half in a warm place.

In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and raw cocoa for the stuffing.

Roll out the dough, stuff it with the prepared stuffing, then roll it and cut it into Cinnabon pieces.

Grease an oven tray with butter and place the Cinnabon pieces in it.

Bake it for 30 minutes on 170 degrees Celsius. Let it rest before adding the sauce.

Prepare the sauce by mixing Nutella, white sugar, vanilla and warm milk.
