Instructions
In a bowl, add all chicken marinade ingredients and leave chicken in marinade for at least 2 hours
In a bowl, prepare the sauce; mayonnaise, ketchup & hot sauce
In a bowl, prepare the flour mix and prepare another bowl with water
Dip the chicken in the flour, remove excess flour then dip in the water and repeat this step again then end with a dip in the flour before deep frying
Start with high heat then lower the heat until cooked through
Prepare the sandwich with lettuce, the sauce and cheese
