Instructions
Cut and prepare the chicken thighs as desired.
Peel and cut the potatoes.
Slice the onion and Adalia lemon.
In a bowl, mix tomato paste, olive oil, minced garlic, pomegranate molasses, water, lemon juice, mild red chili paste, and the listed spices.
Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well.
In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes and onion.
Season them with black pepper and paprika.
Place the marinated chicken pieces on top.
Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and potatoes.
Arrange lemon slices on top.
Add water to help the chicken and potatoes cook properly.
Cover with parchment paper and foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about one hour.
Remove the foil and return to the oven for about ten minutes until golden.
