Chicken Thighs With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil.
  2. Leave them to marinate for minimum 2 hours.
  3. In a pan, add butter, oil and pan-fry the chicken thighs for 15 minutes on each side with the lid on.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and add sliced fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, chicken stock cube, flour and water or soup.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  6. Return the chicken thighs to the pan and let them cook for 30 minutes with the lid on.
  7. Remove the chicken and add to the sauce cooking cream and lemon juice.
  8. Return the chicken to the pan.
