Chicken Marinade: Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Coat the chicken with flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate the coated chicken for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
Once fried, place the chicken on a cooling rack to maintain its crispiness.
Place the fried chicken in a baking dish, add cheddar cheese and smoked beef on top then pour the light bechamel sauce over it, add mushroom and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake under the broiler for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Optionally, serve with white sauce pasta on the side to give the restaurant experience.
