  1. Cut the white toast into cubes.
  2. Melt the butter with the oil and minced the garlic cloves.
  3. Combine the toast cubes with the butter mixture and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
  4. Place the coated cubes on a tray and bake them in the oven until crispy.
  5. Combine the anchovy, mayonnaise, anchovy oil, and the two reserved garlic cloves.
  6. Blend or mix well until smooth. Add the milk and mix to create a creamier consistency.
  7. The dressing can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
  8. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
